He has distinguished exposure and over three decades of
experience in compliance audit, compliance management
system, legal due diligence, vetting of various legal agreements
private equity, public offerings, preparation of business plans
etc.
His meticulous, practical and holistic approach to handle
assignments is greatly appreciated by clients. His advisory and
approach to handle assignments encircles the basic ideology of
minimum costs and maximum benefits to the client. He is closely
associated with a large number of companies and advised on
Acquisitions, IPO, Business Restructuring.
Mr. Amit Jalan
Mr. Amit Jalan is a
Chartered Accountant
and Company Secretary
qualified in the year 2010
specializing in Corporate
Laws.
He has stood 26th All over India in CA and is a Gold Medallist,
standing 1st all over India in CS. Pior to joining SHJCo. he has
worked for 4 years at Citibank N.A. (Mumbai Headquarters)
handling Fixed Income securities, Derivatives, FX, Control &
Risk Evaluation and Management.
He leads the transaction advisory services at the firm , advising
on valuations, legal Due Diligence assignments, transaction tax
for acquisitions, M & A, private equity, ECB , Shareholders
Agreement. He is closely associated with a number of
companies and advised on capital structuring, stock options,
FDI , Divestiture etc.
